We currently only accept payments through
Paypal's secure online payment site and do not have a phone number for placing orders. You
can order securely online with your credit card or checking account.

| Shipping Address Issues: |

The shopping cart will help minimize delivery issues
by pre-verifying your address through the Postal System.
Our site uses the verification methods found here:
http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp.
Usually the solution is only a slight
modification such as changing "POB" to "PO BOX" or "Street" to "St".

| Confirmation Of Order Placed: |

If you do not see an order confirmation page when
checkout is completed, you can confirm the order was sent by logging into your Paypal account. The transaction should be among the first on your
list, if it has an 'Invoice ID' then the order was completed.

| Estimated Delivery Times: |

Actual package transit times vary by location, on
average our customers receive their orders within 2 - 5 business days. Some areas require up to 10 business days, it all depends on the Postal
Service speed. Please allow a couple extra days during major holidays.

| Tracking Your Order: |

Your order should ship out within 1 to 2 business days,
when that happens an email with your package tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email within 48
hours please check your 'spam' or 'bulk' folders, usually found in the folder list if you log onto webmail through your web browser.

| Difficulties Completing Your Order: |

If you experience problems checking out it might be
due to several factors such as:
- Address pre-verification - (See above)
- PayPal Account Issues - We do not have access to your Paypal account, please contact them if you need assistance with it.
- Web Browser Incompatibility - The site has been tested with Firefox 2/3 and Internet Explorer 6/7 on Windows XP but the others should work OK.
